In the progressive journey of 14 years, the POJF Core Team has been the unwavering spirit that drives the organization forward.

POJF core team consists of 40 Full-Time Employees, District-based POJF Members throughout Bangladesh and abroad, a number of Volunteers, and sister concern Channel i’s Local Correspondents worldwide providing support from the very grassroots level. POJF has a dedicated Team for Field Work and Grassroots Campaigns, which includes Researchers; specializing in Environmental Conservation, Climatology, Geoscience, Conservation Biology, Ornithology, and Development Studies as well as Videographers, Still Photographers, Data Collectors, and Field Assistants. POJF Event Management Team comprises of skilled professionals with over 30 years of experience in the field and can lead any assignment to completion, ensuring quality as the foremost concern.  POJF also has its own Research Team and Creative Writing Team in charge of regular print publications reaching over Forty Research Books, One Quarterly Magazine ‘Prokritibarta’, One Fortnightly Full-color Feature Page ‘Prokriti O Jibon’ at The Daily Jugantor and so on. POJF also has its own dedicated Script and Storyboard Panel and Media Production Panel producing diverse awareness-raising and capacity-building TV Series, Talk Shows, Documentaries, Docu-Drama, TVCs, Songs, Telefilms, Awareness Videos, Roundtable Meetings, Cooking Shows, Animated Children’s shows and much more.

POJF has its own Professional Cameramen with over 25 years of experience in the field of Photography and Videography, 2 experienced Panel Producers, 4 Video Editors, 2 Graphic Designers, 3 Animator, and 3 Enlisted Voice Artists for both Bengali and English voiceover. POJF also has its own filming equipment, Video and Still Cameras including 4K Camcorder, GoPRO Hero Action Camera, DJI-Osmo-Pocket, 3 4K Drones capturing Full 4K footage and 7 Video Editing Panels containing, 7 MAC Panels, 3 High-End Computer to facilitate state of the art post-production. POJF also has specific resources for underwater and aerial filming and photography. POJF has a Dedicated Audio Panel equipped with all modern audio technologies for audio recording. For Archiving and Safeguarding its enriched video and photographic repository, POJF maintains an updated Inventory system and employs 3 Layer Protection System including, Cloud Storage, Back-up Hard Drive Storage, and Server Storage for Exclusive Footage, which is Categorically Archived chronologically, with Date and Place.

The personnel making up these diverse Research, Event Management, Grassroots Campaign, Film and Multimedia Production, Creative Writing, Publication, IT, Administration, Accounts, and the overall Management Team of Prokriti O Jibon Foundation, present an adequate balance of creativity, technical expertise, and practical experience in their respected fields of specialty, who work together to realize the mission of achieving a ‘Better Life in Balanced Nature”
