Among the rural households of Bangladesh women play a vital role in unpaid care work and the maintenance of their family. Many of them, being agricultural farmers, poultry farmers, vegetable farmers, cottage industry workers, artisans, and so on, can also contribute to the economic prosperity of their family. However, lacking education and social support, their contributions are often disregarded and undervalued. Inclusive Dairy Markets is such a project that provides the opportunity to such rural women Dairy Farmers to reach the marketplace and get proper value for their effort, while contributing to national development. Under the Project “Scaling up Inclusive Dairy Markets Project under REE CALL framework”, POJF has worked at 3 project sites – Gaibandha, Kurigram, and Jamalpur to capture and edit high resolution Photographs to create a Pictorial Documentation for awareness campaign on Scaling up Inclusive Dairy Markets Project under REE CALL framework to benefit the women farmers involved in Dairy business and other such future prospective farmers.
