In 2013, eminent bird specialist, Mr. Enam Ul Haque was awarded the Nature Conservation Award for his dynamic contribution for the conservation of wildlife and biodiversity of the country. For having affection for birds he roamed around every corner of the country. He established Bangladesh Bird Club in 1996, a voluntary organization devoted to conserve the avian biodiversity in Bangladesh through scientific researches, observations, awareness campaigns etc. He started Bird Fair for the first time in Bangladesh in 2000. He is a Member of the Wildlife Advisory Board of Bangladesh.
